        Cannot recommend Pack Rat enough! We were with another facility that we switched from and the price kept going up, up, and up. Price has been the same at Pack Rat since we signed up - almost 18 months ago. Friendly staff, safe environment.

        OK price, decently friendly staff, unclear rules. Don't appreciate the owner calling me on my personal cell to ask why I only gave an "average" rating (feels like an invasion of privacy for her to call my personal number, very unprofessional in my opinion)....its a storage unit, nothing fancy, just average and she was upset about an average rating.....it is what it is. The customer service alone makes me wanna give them a 2 star rating instead of 3....

        I found myself in a jam and thankfully they were open on a Sunday. They have great rates & guaranteed for a year. Set up was easy and quick and Sandy was so kind. The place is secure, clean, and well lit.
