My husband and I have moved many times and because of that our situation required a real estate agent as well to assist us. Amy Bolen is very knowledgeable, thorough and considerate. She spent many hours on our behalf doing research and literally house hunting since we were not local. Then, when our home was being built she would go on-site and stayed on top of all issues.. I have known Amy Bolan for 30+ years and not only have I worked with her on the purchase of my own home, but I am a lender and we have worked together on a number of real estate transactions for mutual clients over the years. There is no one with more knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate than Amy! Plus Amy is truly a wonderful human being, very caring and compassionate. These characteristics make her exceptional at what she does! I would 100% recommend her!

Amy is hard working and honest. We have had her help us find a home and sell a home and in both instances things went smoothly. She was there to answer questions and help us think through things. Would not hesitate to use her again!

Amy is such a fabulous agent! I was looking to buy in Charleston from out of state and Amy went above and beyond to help me find the right home! She knows the Charleston area extremely well, understood exactly what I was looking for and needed in this time of my life, and I ended up purchasing a great home thats perfect for me without ever seeing it in person. I cannot recommend her enough!
