Thanks to Colony and Craft for getting us to closing yesterday. I was looking for a very specific type of property and advised Bradley of my needs. A property came available that fit my parameters and within 3 hours of the property hitting the market Bradley had my offer submitted allowing us to beat out other offers. Needless to say, finding that level of service is very difficult. I would highly recommend Bradley and his Colony and Craft Team and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I grew up in Charleston and it was time to find my place. But Charlestons housing market has become quite intimidating with so many out-of-state investors ready to make cash offers. Bradleys knowledge of the Charleston area was a huge help when it came to discovering new neighborhoods in the town that I already loved. Every home that I wanted to view, Bradley was always available. Even if it was a dump located in what I considered to be a great area, Bradley said it was good experience for me to lay down a basis for comparison. At certain showings, he would point out details that were cheaply constructed and he helped me identify homes that had been hastily renovated for a quick sale. After the first couple of home viewings, Bradley had a good sense of exactly what I was looking for. I know I was one of his smaller clients but his dedication was never less than 100%. He never left any of my questions unanswered and always responded promptly. Bradley has a great reputation in town. When I found the home I loved, he knew the sellers agent so that gave me a high leg-up amongst the sturdy competition. Finally, Bradley is not pushy like many brokers. He was even-keeled through the entire process and never put an ounce of pressure on me. Whenever I wanted to put an offer down, he switched gears and became the strong negotiator. Now I have the perfect home in Wagener Terrace. I never imagined living downtown would be an option for me. I have Bradley to thank for that.

We live out of state and we were very specific that we wanted to relocate to The Hampton Park area in Charleston. Gratefully, we were introduced to Bradley and he was able to connect us with the perfect property that met all of our needs in the exact location that we desired. Bradley is extremely well connected and has a fantastic list of contacts for all the needs when closing a property. Bradley is extremely talented and does not consider his Broker position with Colony & Craft as a 'job", but more like a "calling" and it shows through every aspect of his work. His dog is even named Hampton!!!

Bradley was amazing from start to finish. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally and he never put any pressure on us to buy anything that wasnt exactly the right fit for us. Couldnt be more happy with the results!
