I have been gutting room by room in my home and ordered a lot via Wayfair.  When it came to my Primary Bathroom and installing shower fixtures on top of expensive tile,  I didn't want to chance less than quality.  I went to Design on Tap and Fergusons, both with subpar service.  The frustrating part is I knew exactly what I was looking for but couldn't get them to put a nice and neat quote together.  What a run around.  A high end friend of mine always talked about Moluf's, but I hesitated as his budget is not mine.  Out of sheer frustration, I called Moluf's.  Sarah was SO awesome and worked with me both via phone and email.  No need to go into the showroom.  Not only was she super knowledgeable (family owned and operated), but her energy made it such a pleasant experience.  She told me where I needed to spend a little extra and where I didn't need to. The timing of my delivery is super quick and she arranged free delivery!  Don't waste your time shopping around and visiting showrooms- Call Sarah at Moluf's, you'll be so glad you did!

Just left the showroom after an awful customer service experience.  I recently purchased my home that was built in 1991.  My husband and I are going to be going room to room and update everything.  Today I was in search of a powder room sink.  I walked in and looked around for about 10 minutes without one person acknowledging I was even there.  I believe there was 3 customers in the showroom total.  Actually, one of those customers asked a worker if there was something she could do to get some assistance for me. You don't have to have appointments, but they don't allow for those that weren't aware that it is best to have an appointment.  I was told " I don't have time to return calls or answer my emails. Let me see if my coworker has an appointment right now."  Spoke to the manager. Wasn't too concerned since I had already told him he lost my business.  He said "I guess there isn't anything I can do if your mind is made up."  He could have cared less.  Just stood there looking at me with a blank stare.

I cannot say enough good things about Molufs. They have done the hardware and fixtures for three properties in my family now, all the bathrooms and kitchens, and I am so happy with everything. Their selection is so wide and their staff is incredibly helpful. Sarah guided me through the whole process and was as friendly as she was thorough and knowledgeable. My house looks amazing and I have Sarah and the Molufs team to thank!

Extremely busy plumbing fixtures and supplies place. If you get the right sales associate the experience is great. Jessica is super knowledgeable and professional. Parts counter is hit or miss, but they are usually quite knowledgeable.
