        Most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Jonathon was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. For the record, you dont refer to customers as bro. Open up more lines when there are 6 customers ready to check out, dont just stand around.

        The staff is always really great at the registers. Finding help on the floor though... Not the strong suit. I tend to find interesting stuff, but Amazon has way better prices and selection. In a pinch Petsmart is my go to.

        We are always greeted at the door. Everyone has been so friendly over the years. Weve bought dog items fish items and everything has been so easy to find. Staff are always so helpful if we are unable to find what we are looking for. I highly recommend this pet store.
