Our team reached out shortly after the interview began to provide transparency about what we observed. We noticed that Beau was displaying signs of being fixated towards other dogs, which prompted us to remove him from the yard for everyone's safety.Despite our efforts to communicate these findings, it seems there was a gap in communication. We left a voice message regarding the situation, and your wife called back, speaking with my manager who explained the details of the interview.We strive for 100% transparency in all our interactions with pet parents, and I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused.We would be more than happy to sit down with you and review any footage from the interview to provide further clarity on the situation.
