Great pedicure experience. The techs were very friendly. Everything was clean. Atmosphere is relaxing. My feet look and feel great.

I searched for 2 days ( on vacation, leaving for cruise tomorrow) for a great salon, researched prices etc. Service was great right up until I paid. Was quoted 45.00 for nails, 40.00 for pedicure I asked the second I walked in so there are no surprises. Then bam at checkout surprise! 100.00! I left a tip and honestly shouldn't have but the girl who ended up doing my nails wasn't the one who quoted the price but still. I owned a business and to quote a price then change it, is just bad business.
Guess they get to quote whatever price since the price guide says 40 and up.
Reply to owners: I am in VA so there is no coming back to fix. Plus pay attention this was 7 months ago! I was there when you opened, so no not busy.
No excuse you're right there.

Love the original staff: Quyen, Que, Lee, Ms. Helen, Judy; yall keep it up!!! These are the OG techs to ask for!! (Please excuse mis-spelling of names)
Pedicure was perfection as usual.
However has changed ownership. I asked for dip powder as usual but color I selected was gel only. Needed a black base and the glitter over top to get effect asked for.
I fully understood gel needed to go on top and that was totally fine. I expected black dip powder and finish with glitter gel on top. They used black-gel polish with 2 coats clear dip powder base under.
I get dip powder cause it makes my nails thicker so I cant physically pick at my skin. Maybe I should have been more insistent? Didnt feel great having my concern ignored when I spoke up.
Also still had remaining stuff stuck to my fingers from removing old nail set, no hand massage either.
I also got charged incorrectly (was originally charged for gel but was supposed to be charged for dip powder despite not really getting an full on dip powder manicure) it caused a banking issue. Not super impressed with new owners. Will be insisting on original staff doing my nails next time. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
