Mike is the best nail tech there and the male at the front desk is very professional and nice. Update: I went to another nail tech who was extremely rude. I got my nails done for my birthday, (gel polish) they started chipping quickly. I came in to get it fixed by Nancy who did them - I tried to explain how I wanted them fixed and she was speaking loudly in another language talking over me to another colleague while I was trying to explain to him the situation and acting as if she didnt want to fix and walked away. At that point I did not want her to serve me anymore. Unprofessionalism should not be tolerated in an establishment and I believe because Im younger - she assumed I wouldnt speak up and make a compliant. I enjoy this nail salon, but my experience with Nancy left a bad taste in my mouth. Update hours later: they redid it and the polish is coming up already. SMH

Tiana did a fabulous job on my nails! She took her time and made sure they looked exceptional! I am very satisfied with the care she took and the final product!! The facility was clean and nice, and every staff member that I had an interaction with was pleasant! This was my first visit to Luxia but I will definitely be back! :)
