I am not someone to write reviews, in fact, I think this is the only review Ive ever written. I am writing this at the King St Uhaul while sitting in a line of over 15 customers without anyone working the register. I scheduled a Uhaul and tow dolly TWO WEEKS in advance, well everything seemed fineI got my call the day before to tell me where to pick up everything (Dorchester location), really far away from where I live but whatever. I get there and they tell me that I can only pick up my truck and that the tow dolly is at the other Uhaul location, across all of town. Was never warned of this on my pre-pickup phone call. So here I am at 8:30 sitting in this line that isnt moving, supposed to have had all of my equipment at 7:00 and I still have to drive all the way across town and back. This has been hands down the worst service experience I have ever had. This is the exact opposite of easy, convenient, professional and helpful. This is an absolute nightmare. STAY AWAY!!
