I am happy business like this is available. It is almost to good to be true but funny thing is.. it's true and Cap Center is on your side.
10 stars out of 5! Cap Center was the smartest way of selling our house. It literally saved us thousands of dollars.
A big shout of to Stuart Adams for taking care of us 100% of the way. I seen Cap Center on a billboard and decided to look into it. Stuart called me the next day and we set up an appointment that week. He came by my house and walked me through the process of selling a home. He literally made it so easy and comfortable to where I will always choose Cap Center and if possible go through him again. He was patient with us, answered all our questions up front and never hid any cost behind our back. 100% truthful and was on our side. I am so happy we went with Cap Center as not only did it save us so much money on normal listing/closing cost if you would with a "normal" realtor but we also sold our home within the month and they made the paperwork process as easy as possible by being half way across the country.
I am telling you the company will take over the home buying and home selling process and other realtors will be a thing of the past. With how much money you save it would be the smartest way of selling or buying a home. Absolutely recommend!
