Absolutely wont come here again. 3% fee on a credit card charged on a $7000 repair because they couldnt run the debit card or take an ACH wire transfer. Also took well over a week to get service and windshield replaced. Go elsewhere.

They can't even diagnose a simple squeak. Paid them twice to not fix anything. Fixed it myself with a can of silicone lubricant spray.

I opened a service request to install a dash cam that my wife received for Christmas in her 2019 Buick Enclave. The first appointment was scheduled but had to be cancelled so I rescheduled another appointment. The second appointment was supposed to be today. Between the two appointments, there have been service requests on their systems for over 2 months now. When my wife got there to get the dash cam installed, they informed her that they "do not install aftermarket parts". The fact that my wife was bringing an aftermarket dash cam has been on the service requests since the first one was entered. So basically, no one can take 1-2 mins to review services requests to reach out to customers to let them know if a particular service cannot be completed. It's not that difficult, I am sure your service software allows for you to migrate down to service requests marked as "other" and only review those. Instead, you waste time of previous customers due to the lack of effort to place the customer first. I had nothing but great experiences with Baker when purchasing the vehicle but this is the second time we have had issues with the service department. We will not be returning and will be using McElveen service department from now on for our service needs.

I had nothing but great experiences with Baker when purchasing the vehicle but this is the second time we have had issues with the service department. We will not be returning and will be using McElveen service department from now on for our service needs.
