Herolds in West Ashley comes through again! Sadly, our house has been hit several times with this super bug and this is the third time that Herolds had what we needed when the big box pharmacy didnt. They have a little of everything non-prescription related and a lot of heart and soul for their customers! Their professional staff is fantastic and has been wonderful to deal with. They are also quick. Our doctor sent in three medications and they were ready 20 minutes later.
Thank you Herolds for getting us through this nasty sick season!

Was informed that our prescription would be auto filled, so no need to call. Failed - no apology - no call to the doctor. Just told to have another office visit. Please use a capable pharmacy.

Bought a mobile transport for my wife, she sat in it but didnt like it, tried to return it but was denied; it hadnt even been 30 days. Was told could be return with original receipt.

I drive 35+ minutes for this pharmacy and its worth every mile. I got tired of the corporate pharmacies never answering their phones and always feeling like a bother. I dont think Ill ever use another pharmacy again, distance or not!
