Much better than Stateline CDJ in Rock Hill. Here Maserati sits with proper luxury brands instead of brands it has to share interior parts with, which is important since there are only two Maserati stores left in South Carolina. The store in Greenville was recently closed and Stateline does have a separate showroom for them, but Maserati is a luxury brand and deserves to be among luxury brands. Baker Motor Company understands that perception is important to luxury buyers so all their luxury brands are set in conjunction with each other like a selection of expensive suits.

If I could give them zero start I would !!!!! I even decided to not purchase a newer car because from them because of the experience. Never in my life I have experience this. I brought them my car for an inspection and an oil change. They were suppose the finish working on the car the same day especially given that I drove 1h45 min away. They never called me back when they finished working on the car. They closed knowing that they dont open until Monday and this is all happening on a Saturday so now I have no ride home. I decided to go there and met a gentleman from sale (tall Caucasian with a foreign accent). He greeted with a lot of agression, arguing with me over the situation and acting as if I was trying to brake into the place or cause trouble. Even after I explained the situation he didnt care. He was with another gentleman. They didnt care and told us to wait outside and told me they had nothing to do with it. The guy (james very understanding on the other hand) that worked on my car ended up coming back 30min later after business hours and I got the vehicle but It was not a good experience. I will say this if my name was Tyler or Bryan, I was Caucasian and I was wearing a suit, I know I would have not been treated that way. They will not see another dime from me. And I will advise all my friends to stay away from that place, very unprofessional.

I know I'm not the typical Maserati owner. However, Baker makes me feel like my 2015 is the freshest and coolest thing on the lot. The prices for services are reasonable and fair, and the whole staff is dope( and professional) . The shop foreman and manager also let me play with the exhaust in the waiting area. Amazing team.

Have my GT in there for service last week with a flat tire. Turns out they say I have two cracked rims (wheels are 1200 EACH), tires turned out to be another approx. 300 Each ($80 more than the tire websites) Alignment and balance (usually included for free at any tire place) An additional $250 with a grand total of $4000 for 2 front wheels. What a rip off. Last visit to Maserati cost me $11,000. That is unreal. Also paid $150 for expedited shipping and they said they will "try to see if they can remove it from the bill" even though its now a week later. I will update this review after I hear back from my service advisor (which has been ghost since Friday) and will update my review accordingly. Now my 73 year old mother has to drive a Maserati GT 4 hours to NC to drop it off to me because they didn't have a loaner to give me so I needed to use her car. So now she needs to drive 8 hours. I am very very unhappy with this situation so far, it shouldn't take a week to install 2 wheels and tires, even if they're coming from Miami, I paid the rush shipping. The "wrong wheel was sent" supposedly; pushing my car pickup back 5 calendar days at this point. I received the car. interior not vacuumed, a week later than anticipated. Was told to contact you? Who? How? What a lame excuse for a response.
