Have a current loan with them and I make my payments on time even pay ahead. When it came down to renewing it was the ABSOLUTE WORST! So much of needing this and that more than what I had provided the first go round, Markel even had the AUDACITY to reference scamming like i don't have a current loan with them and provided the same documentation that i did the first go round. He literally tried to argue with me about it. Im telling him when i download it from my bank its either excel or csv and his reply is "Mmm hmm uhh huh" i was beyond pissed. It was literally to the point where it went from pay stubs, bank statements, getting a TRANSACTION HISTORY my bank which i did that someone from the bank had to do so that was an extra 2 business days for me to wait on that!!!! Never again. Closing my current and will never recommend.
