Chakeris and his team are the best construction lawyers in town. They specialize in this type of law. They communicate well, respond timely and are great negotiators. I would highly recommend them to any condo association wanting to recover for defective construction.

personally came to our house in order to evaluate our situation. He was kind, extremely understanding and explained everything from a legal aspect. Highly recommend! Chakeris and his staff were great advocates for us. They took us confidently through a process that was complicated by Covid delays and closures. They got us a great result.
