Heidi did a wonderful job for us - keeping us fully informed along the way. Our purchase was a bit unusual as the property requires various HOA documentation that Heidi researched and took care of. She helped find a finance company as we were purchasing property that banks did not want to finance. As the dock was inspected and found needing repair, Heidi was able to negotiate with the seller getting us half the cost of the repair. The seller began to get wet feet due to the financing issue but Heidi was able to keep them patient and then we hit a snag when the seller passed away. Heidi kept us fully informed right up until the day we finally closed. We now have a beautiful piece of property on the water for our next home. My wife and I highly recommend Heidi.
