Terrible customer service. The following happened to me TWICE in a three week time period. I called and spoke to Melody to request a quote for homeowner insurance. Gave all the personal information, including Sos #, DOB, address, etc. was told she would call back the next day with the quotes. NO RESPONSE. I called back a week or so later as I like to give them the benefit of the doubt as mistakes happen. I went through the same process again with Melody and was told she would call back the next day. NO RESPONSE. At this point, I'm more concerned about the potential for identity theft as they have all of our personal non public information. This was a very disappointing experience, and needless to say that I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm a fan of "shop local" when that local business offers quality products, competitive pricing, and great service. This small agency offers all that. I'm so glad I shopped here when we bought our house 6 years ago - Melody and Don have earned my loyalty. I'm confident I couldn't find better VALUE than here. They're responsive and knowledgeable with great insurance products.
