        Handles my business and personal home (as well as other personal policies) ALWAYS quick to respond, always able to help. My entire family uses them and for good reason! Local dedicated service is hard to find. Picking up the phone to hear a humans voice is hard to find.

        I would not use them. Awful customer service. I've been a customer with their agency for 14 years started off great BUT the last 2 years cannot get ANY service from them at all. They will say that they will do something....and don't! I'm moving my insurance soon! If you can'r get service and trust and depend on your agent....it's time to move your insurance AND that's what I'm doing! Bye!
