They are difficult to get a hold of! I had to ask them twice to cancel my insurance because they hadnt done it the 1st time I asked. I was billed for the extra time. They are friendly when you do get them on the phone or email but be prepared to micromanage your account.

Terrible customer service. No easy way to retrieve details about coverage. Had to pay a $400 fee for lapse in homeowners insurance coverage because they said "they would take care of it". Tried calling in on 4 separate occasions to confirm I had new coverage only to be ghosted with a "we will call you back". I finally got fed up and went with a different provider who easily was able to get me insurance. What a joke. Stay far far away from this trash insurance broker agency.

John III was referred to me. He wrote me a policy on two homes, months later i still had no paperwork. John was unaware, no follow through, had to write the policy elsewhere. Apparently at renewal. The bill wasnt sent to the lender, i was contacted, i called John and his father numerous times with no response. I contacted Janet, who handled the situation, however the policy lapsed and now there is a new policy with a higher premium. Add to this, they didnt have my name correct, my phone number or my correct address... how i dont know. Unprofessional, haphazard and John takes no responsibility, no apology...ZIP.

DO NOT USE THE BRINSON AGENCY. They are either too busy or not interested in business. They wrote a policy of 2 of my homes ( second home/rental), but I never received paperwork, so I called, called, called...John doesnt respond, Janet, was great. The policy wasnt accepted and John didnt even know it, had to rewrite the policy with another company. Then on renewal, they neglected to send payment request to lender. Again, I called, called called, told that would get done and DIDNT. Policy lapsed, now I have a new policy, at a higher premium( with no claims). PLUS, they didnt have any of my mailing address, phone number- what kind of operation is this??? Neither John lll or his father return calls or follow up. Nightmare.

Have had auto and buisness insurance for around 15 yrs and they are always professional and quick on payments. John and Janet Brunson are easily best insurance agents in town
