Bob was very professional and friendly when he came to inspect my home. He kept me updated on when he would arrive. He took great care to not damage any of my belongings during his inspection and gave me tips on how to help make certain areas last longer. Most importantly he took some time to give my dog pets and scratches.

We used Knowles Inspection Services, LLC to perform our 1-Yr Homeowners Warranty inspection. We were completely satisfied with the report and its detail. However, Mr. Knowles also indicated that he would be available to discuss the report with our homebuilder if there were disagreements. We have tried to contact him via phone, email and text to have this type of discussion with no response. So thorough report, but no follow through service.

We used Bob for our home inspection yesterday and we were beyond impressed with the service from him and his team. He was such a pleasure to work with. I had the opportunity to meet the team in person on site and was so impressed to witness the attention to detail and thoroughness of their work in real time as well as reflective on the report. Bob and Dave were very professional, personable and were pleased to have us stop in to meet them. I cannot recommend Bob Knowles enough. If you want to be sure everything is checked and the ins and outs are covered, you are in AMAZING hands. We will absolutely be repeat customers!!! Thank you so much, Bob!!

He is not even a certified inspector. He is not allowed to inspect homes from any builders in the area. Never trust this guy as he has no clue what he is doing. Other than copying and pasting building codes
