Gold's Gym

Shameful management. Honestly a very poor excuse for a gym. A large portion of the equipment is broken/unusable. The ground by the dumbbells has more craters than Dorchester. The fans are rarely on so the whole place is a musty sauna. The locker room is NOT big fella friendly. The only handicap shower doesn't work at all or even have a soap dispenser. The only redeeming quality is the regular staff. And of course they conveniently don't tell you that your membership is only good at this run down location, not any of the other Gold's in the area. What a joke. Can't believe I'm saying this but You're much better off at planet fitness of all places

One of my favorite gyms in the area...genuinely friendly staff, clean environment, variety of fitness classes, cardio cinema with daily movies (genius), and all the necessary equipment anyone could ever want when working out.

Really awesome gym. Clean, extremely friendly staff, well spaced out area and a really good vibe. I spoke to the manager briefly about how impressed i was. She has been with Golds for over 20 years. No wonder this gym was so well ran. When you go into a well ran business, you can always follow that trail to the top. Excellent job guys! Tennessee Golds Gyms could really learn a lot from you.
