        Encore Bank is hands down the best bank to work with. They truly care about their customers and it shows because they understand the value of customer service. Big banks have their place but can be difficult to deal with because you rarely deal with the same person. Encore Bank values their relationship with every single customer no matter the size of your bank account. Its like walking back into the good old days of banking where you can actually walk into a branch and talk to someone you know that can help you achieve your financial goals. Hands down 5
