That branch used to have good service and friendly people, now it is FULL of people with attitude, it is bank not gas station!!!!

This is the worst financial institution ever. It is completely inflexible. They will lose stuff. They make it extremely difficult to pay down principal on a loan bc you HAVE to pay it on one particular day for the principal to go down, however, it is impossible to predict if you pay online, like 90% of people out there when the payment will show up at Rev so if you send the payment and it shows up a day early or a day late, which you have no control over, your principal will stay the exact same. It is as close to robbery as a financial instituion could commit without just closing the doors and not giving you your savings account money.

I met with Nicole Dix at the Charleston sam Rittenberg branch and wow was she very professional and knew exactly what she was doing and knew exactly what she was talking about!

Denice at West Ashley was awesome. She is very knowledgeable and friendly about Rev Credit Union. If you need to open a new account see Denice for all credit union needs. I enjoyed having her assistant.

Always delightful! We have lived in Charleston since 1998 and have been customers of REV FCU (originally Heritage Trust FCU) in one way or another for the most part of 24 years. They were delightful as Heritage Trust and they are delightful now as REV. I go into the West Ashley or Summerville branch 1-4 times per month on average and they are friendly and helpful without fail. Recently the assistant manager of the West Ashley (Sam Rittenberg Blvd) branch, Nicole, went the extra mile to help me out with a special request and it was so appreciated! Highly recommended / 5 stars
