We have had a great experience at Coastal Wound Care. My dad had a 29 abdominal wound. The nurse and the doctor were very professional and informative. I would highly recommend this place!

Staff here is wonderful, Id like to make that clear. However, Kelly, who works at the office is extremely unprofessional. It took a few phone calls for me to finally get it because I almost couldnt believe it, but this woman is appallingly rude. My father who was on life support for heart failure, kidney failure and lung failure developed a wound on the back of his head for being in a bed for a week. We see doctors EVERY WEEK, all new, with new policies, prices and procedures. While juggling school, a family, our own doctors appointments and our now sick fathers appointments, it is easy to forget what is when and how much each appointment costs and if follow ups cost anything at all or how much they cost, etc. Kelly seems quite unforgiving when it comes to patients missing an appointment and profusely apologizing for it, or forgetting how much the follow up would be. Her attitude just doesnt correlate with the other staff, Im not sure she is a right fit for the office. When I explained to Kelly I would need to reschedule due to lack of funds as I thought it to be one price over another, she continued to speak over me stating over and over what I signed for and initialed for, etc. It was quite a demeaning way for her to shame me for whatever reason she feels she has. Her nice-nasty attitude is her way of covering up her disgusting, childish behavior. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a new office as we dont want to feel unwelcome every time we come to a drs appointment. For the business, if you read this, I would appreciate if you reached out to me so I can file a complaint. Kelly's behavior is unacceptable.
