At the end of January 2023, I reapplied for the green card and in April it arrived...in the name of an ex-husband! Until the end of June I tried, without success, to have their fault corrected, but without result. As the card would be canceled at the end of July, I contacted the Torres law firm, having been recommended to me by the Alliance Franaise of Charleston. Claire took care of my file, redid the request which was confirmed by USCIS who told me that it could take up to 19 months more, excuse given: lack of staff. The right card finally arrived in due form at the start of 2024. Many thanks to Claire for all the good help and kindness she and her office gave me. I recommend Torres Law Office for any issues with USCIS.

What else can you say about Marco Torres and the Torres Law Firm, except Exceptional!!! Marco and his team have helped me every step of the way with my immigration and naturalization process. Now that my naturalization process has been completed, and Im a citizen, I look back on this whole experience and know I could not have done this without Torres Law Firm. Marcos knowledge of immigration law and years of experience made me feel so safe and relaxed, in what could have been a scary and stressful ordeal.
