        I was late for my appointment and Ill own up to that, but the barber was extremely rude about it and refused to work with me. I called beforehand and told them I would be late and they said it was no problem, and then when I showed up they said they couldnt work me in. All I needed was a neck shave and he said he couldnt do that in under 10 minutes which I think is pretty unreasonable. He then said he couldnt make his next 3 appointments late and I get that, but then I walked by and saw him sitting in his barber chair on his phone.

        dont go here unless you get a buzz cut. im a college student who has been here multiple times including today because it is my cheapest option on peninsula, and they have never given me what i asked for. your money will be spent way better on a place that takes appointments so the employees arent just looking to get your hair over with and out of the way. i have never been satisfied with this establishment and never will be.

      We are so sorry you missed your appointment. We do have to adhere to apt times because we are stacked back to back, and one late appointment can throw off the rest of the day. There must have been a misunderstanding with the service you wanted as well because we had you booked for a full face shave. If you only needed the back of your neck shaved we would have been able to get you in with someone else. But when we did try to do that you said you were in a hurry. I think you’re from out of town so we probably won’t get the chance to serve you again, but we are sorry for how it played out.

      I’m so sorry to hear this. We do actually take appointments. I know you say you'll never be satisfied, but if you’d like to make an apt with either Jen or David (the owners) one of us will cut your hair with no charge so we can figure out where we’re going wrong.
