Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Worst customer service, tried to go in and open a business account after driving an hr to get there, and they turned me away stating they dont have enough people working to help. I will find a better bank to take my business too. Overall, the management is bad.

Cannot get to speak to a real person in order to schedule appointment for adding payable on death beneficiaries. Get passed from one computer system to another which does not understand what I need. Terrible way to run a business. Considering moving all my accounts

Trying to find answers to a problem with stolen identity. Andrew was not kind, not professional and was not helpful in any way. I would like to commend Bridget Mazzei on your professionalism and your desire to help me.

The drive-thru at this location is closed more than doubling the time to make a deposit. Once inside, there is a line at the only opened window even though other employees are standing around doing nothing. If I wanted to use a bank that didnt have drive-thrus, I would have went with Chase. The additional time it takes to do something as simple as a straightforward deposit is beyond ridiculous. Time to shop around for a new bank.

I've been a loyal Bank of America customer for the last 45 years. I don't know what has happened to this bank. Customer service has really gone downhill. The attitude of some their employees is unacceptable. Bank of America better pay closer attention to the seriously low ratings they're receiving from their customers. People will only put up with so much!
