"Americas Most convenient bank" they claim. This is anything but the truth at the Folly Road location. The personalities and attitudes of everyone there is awful especially Sheryl or Cheryl, however you spell it. I opened a account w/ Sheryl. I moved, and needed assistance w/ some documents. She stated "well I am busy today and if I don't get them out by tomorrow you'll have to wait 2 weeks till I get back from vacation" I called the that next to find she didn't send me anything & didn't call me but went to another location w/ out letting me know she couldn't do it...or didn't want to do it! The other banker there said he would then send me the documents via Mail...those items never arrived and none were ever sent. I then asked to see the deposits I made and yet again they failed by saying I only made 1 deposit when I made 3 large deposits...they had no record of anything, even thou I had the original paperwork that shows it. I then had another account and didn't make a deposit the next month and they charged me a closing fee and closed it. NEVER got any text, phone, email, or mail notifications of closing my account! I have pulled all my money from this place. Went to the other location and they only have 1 banker & 1 teller on-a daily. It is beyond ridiculous!

Very bad customer service Took over 40 minutes in a line waiting to get to only 2 tellers, 1 who was mainly working the drive through The tellers were very inexperienced most likely new hires The heavy set manager just watched as both tellers were struggling and long wait lines On top of that this manager kept making the tellers take extreme unnecessary security measures with each customer making us all feel like criminals and causing long delays This guys just stood behind counter barking orders One guy was cashing his own company check and this manager pulled him from the line and made him wait 30 minutes doing all kinds of security check on him I WILL NEVER VISIT THE BRANCH AGAIN also most likely will move my business to Chase or Bank of America. TD Bank has really gone down hill
