        Called and provided them with all my info, was told I would get a call back the next week due to the holidays. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything. If they don't care about getting you in the door, they won't care about keeping you as a customer.

        I was a customer for almost 5 years with Taylor Agency before moving out of the area. Katie Tyler did a great job managing my insurance policy and help immensely getting a payment issue fixed when my mortgage got sold. Would recommend if you are looking for home insurance.
