I went in today because my door was not closing easily. You really had to slam it to get it to close -- the catch was clearly offset from where it was supposed to connect to the frame of the car. I had gotten into a minor accident the week before and overextended the door. Adam came out to meet me and I explained that it was an old car and that I didn't need it to be absolutely perfect. He said, "Hold on." He came back with this device and in about two or three minutes had the door closing perfectly. I asked him how much I owed and he said, "Nothing". That was awesome!!! So, these guys have my vote of approval!

I brought my car in for an issue that I had - I didn't have an appointment, but the staff couldn't have been nicer, they saw me within five minutes of me being there and they were able to fix the issue. Great customer service!

Poor at communication. I know a company cannot help if a part is on back order but NO way a car should take three months to be completed. Very disappointing.

No attention to detail!! Poor workmanship.. bolts and screws left out and or loose , new windshield washer tank sensor left out of tank so all the fluid ran on the ground.. plus numerous other items .. to many to state them all . People makes mistakes was the response I got from the manager and stood behind his employees workmanship.. what ever happened to standing behind the customer and caring about workmanship?
