GREAT GREAT experience with Rick Hendrick Luxury Collision Center (Charleston) from beginning to end!! Jeremy Buckley was just a pleasure to work with! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, informative, HONEST and put our wants/needs above anything else! Our insurance company (State Farm) was very problematic after our collision and, for the next 5 months, fought us at every turn. Jeremy, Justin and everyone else there always had the time to assist us in this fight and the answers to our many concerns! We lived this nightmare practically every day for over 5 months! I HIGHLY recommend Rick Hendrick Luxury Collision Center and would give them 10,000 stars if I could!!

HLC is hands down the best place to have your car repaired after a collision. I had nothing but professionalism from the staff. From front desk customer service, Marie, who takes all the calls and processes your paperwork and has your car ready for service to Tyler, who gives you details about your car, what's taking place, and see that your car is finished to the standard they'll stand by. My car came out looking like it was on a car lot to buy. I was satisfied with the end result. HLC, get it right the first time, for your money is well spent with you, not to worry. People HLC is hands down the place to have your car taken in to have repairs.
