They came out to our house to give us an estimate and tell us what was wrong with our A/C. Guy came out and told me that they needed to replace the damper and it was going to be a 6 hour job and they would get back to me to schedule a time. I had to keep calling them for 2 weeks, while our air wasn’t working and my wife was pregnant, to get someone to come out and fix it, until finally I called another company to come and fix it. The other contractor came out that day and fixed it in 2 hours for a fraction of the cost. Peeples finally called me back after everything was done and said it would be over $1,000 to fix it. Now they are charging me $200 for the initial estimate! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PEEPLES BECAUSE I FEEL THEY RIPPED US OFF AND DIDN’T GIVE US THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WE DESERVE.
