AccountFin has been doing the tax planning, cash flow management and business finance management for the last two years for our boutique retail commercial real estate firm, Carolina Retail Experts. We cannot say enough good things about his attention to detail, professionalism, and not to mention tailored real estate/investor tax strategies that we have implemented. Justin has been doing my taxes for several years. In October, I was severely burned in a fire and amassed a $250,000 medical bill as a result. I called Justin on November 29th to inform him that I would be filing my taxes immediately in January to apply for financial aid as I am uninsured. Today, January 4th, he emails me a new pricing sheet for payments as low at $425 per month for his services when I was only paying him $450 annually to do my taxes. He says he apologizes for the "late notice." I reminded him that we had already discussed this and that he should honor it considering my situation. He responded, "I will not be offering $450 for tax prep." I responded that this is bad business on his part to which he offered to recommend other tax preparers.
