I contacted this offie on 1/29/2024. I made an appointment as a new client for 3/9/2024. I confirmed the appointment on 3/7/2024 in the AM. I received a call later in the afternoon of 3/7/2024 form the office and was told they are canceling the appointment, he is too busy and is no longer accepting new clients. I said I confirmed the appointment this morning and the response was I am the one that manages the office and I am canceling your appointment. I can not comment on Robert, never met him, but apparently this is the way he does business and treats potential clients.

Thank you for this feedback, Patrick. We unfortunately are no longer accepting clients, but we apologize that you had this experience. We do not want to jeopardize our current clients by overloading our team.
Interesting how you realized, "We do not want to jeopardize our current clients by overloading our team" an you are to busy did not happen in the 5 weeks I was scheduled with an appointment but occurred between 8:30 am when I confirmed the appointment and 4:00 when you canceled it, leaving us with 5 weeks less to find someone else.

Robert has been phenomenal in helping me with my taxes and I highly recommed that you use him for any tax services that you need done. I had been using another CPA who had completly dropped the ball on many tax issues and within no time of aquiring Roberts services he has resolved and corrected all the mistakes of the other CPA and it is a breath of fresh air to know you are dealing with someone who knows what they are doing. Robert is defintely your guy for a great CPA.

I've been seeing Robert for a couple months to help me with my personal and business taxes in Charleston. He's been very accommodating, knowledgeable and patient with me. It's hard to know where to go when looking for an accountant. I stumbled upon his office by accident and he's helped me tremendously in a short time!

Awesome sums it up, truly. I was very hesitant to work with someone a couple hours out of town, never met him in person, but talked through Skype or Facetime, phone and e-mail, and he has been absolutely excellent for my business for several months now. Responsive, accurate, timely, going above and beyond to make sure my business finances are sound and strong. I just really cannot say enough about how pleasantly surprised and pleased we have been with Robert, thank you so much
