Thank you,I needed a new home, mine burned down in June 2023. I lost my husband as well. I was scared about doing this big thing on my own. I met a great realtor, and she put me into the hands of one of the finest humans Ive ever met. Crystal Ridgell went above and beyond. Not only as a lender, but as a friend! She is absolutely fearless! Crystal made this daunting task less so, with her talents. There was so much paperwork to collect, information to gather etc. From the very first phone call, till the day of closing, Crystal was a warrior for me! The process had a few bumps, but, she navigated them smoothly and efficiently. I learned a lot as well! She will remain a trusted confidant for as long as she can stand me! Crystal Ridgell at Atlantic Bay Mortgage is very experienced and knowledgeable. I found her to be responsive and I never had a single problem throughout the process. It was wonderful working with Crystal, she was very kind and patient throughout the home buying process. She always made herself available for any questions that I had. I was recommended Crystal by my real estate agent, Lindsay Eaton, and I am happy to have been referred to her. This was my first home purchase and I greatly appreciated all her knowledge and expertise of financing loans and real estate. Crystal was very attentive and responsive every time I had a question for her and often answered my questions later in the evening. She was very informative every step of the way, from pre qualification until closing. And gave me thorough instructions and feedback throughout the home buying process. Crystal is very personable and awesome to talk to/work with. She reminded me a lot of my family and gave me the impression she would always have my best interest. She came up with multiple scenarios to reach my desired monthly payment and was very honest about her opinions and predictions for the real estate market and economy regarding the interest rates.
