Old fashioned method of registration.
Never answers the phone.
Wont return calls.
Wont return emails.
Registration was lost in the mail for not one- BUT two dogs. They wont honor or accept a photo copy. Doesnt stand by the standards of which they so highly promote. Absolutely absurd customer service and a circus show. Clowns!!!
