        The room had so many things wrong with it. Whirlpool didn't work. TV with a big line across the screen. Not even a battery cover on the back of the control. Green pool. Extremely loud humming in the walls all night, horrible. No drain plug for sink. Toilet literally overflowed all over the whole bathroom floor so that we couldn't even get showers as we had to use the THIN towels for the water. Foreigner manager at front desk literally walked away from me to the back room as I was telling her all the problems. CHOICE HOTELS are NOT a good choice!!! Every single Comfort Inn or Quality Inn we've stayed at run by foreigners who do ZERO maintenance and don't give a darn about room issues. They don't even write them down!

        HORRIBLE HORRIBLE hotel with a foreign manager who barely spoke English i walked away from me to the back room while I was telling her all the issues with the room, after first telling me we should have checked out the night before at 8pm in our pajamas after driving for 10 hours! Who does that? - Toilet literally overflowed all over bathroom floor in the morning, we couldn't get showers or even brush our teeth because we had to put all the towels on the floor which weren't even enough to get all the water. My husband had to do something in the toilet tank to get the water to stop coming out. - Non-working whirlpool. - Whirlpool blinds broken. - Vertical lines on tv. - No battery cover on tv control. - Non-working light switches. - Non-working sink drain. - Screeching sound non-stop from the ventilation system. - Freezer in fridge dripped all over food in fridge. - NO WIFI. Couldn't use our laptop. - Phone on nightstand not connected. - Poor design, couldn't even walk on one side of the bed. - Green pool. Manager didn't even care!! Wouldn't even write down one single complaint. Just kept saying we should've checked out the night before. Blamed Choice Hotel Corporate for stating "whirlpool" on the website when it didn't work. Didn't even care about the water all over the bathroom floor. She actually walked away from me into the back room. Never ever staying there again.
