I called to return an item after having it for a month because I just wasnt happy with the way it looked in the bedroom. I didnt really have the space in the room to accommodate a full bedroom set and only wanted the bed. The person who worked in the store was very rude because I wanted to return the item. Said it was a box set that couldnt be separated. I said will take it all and I will get something that only comes with a bed. I can return it when I want, I am not Obligated to keep an item. He said maam you havent paid anything on it, you have to pay for it but you where on a month free special. So if my 1st month was free and I am returning it before the month ends, what is the problem? I have paid many items off in NC but I will not be using this location in SC again.
