        I can not say enough GREAT things about this bank!! We have never had such an easy experience at a bank until this one. Every single person there actually care about you and your account needs! They treat you like friends youve known your whole life!!! My only regret is that we didnt switch to this bank sooner!!!! Chelsea and Lindsay are who we originally started with there and they are absolutely the BEST! However like I said you will not meet any of them in this bank that are not the best!!! We are so thankful for them!! Thanks Palmetto Citizens, you are awesome!

        Our debit cards were compromised this past Thursday . We went to the bank and got it resolved on Friday .Thankyou for quickly resolving this issue :-)

        I appreciate the drive thru but I'd much rather go inside because then I get to talk with all the lovely Staff. They greet and help me with the attitude of I'm glad you're here and I feel it. Happy, friendly, and professional, you get it here. I am very happy to be a customer. This was a big move for me and they made it smooth. I look forward to many good years together. Big bold A+ from day 1.

        This place is more than a Bank! It is a whole community! They all take the time to greet you and learn who you are. Every time I walk in I feel at home. They even saved my change jar for me and let me know when I left it! I would recommend this location to anyone and have many times! Every single employee I have had interactions with has been so positive and kind (even if it was for a tough situation, they never made me feel uncomfortable). Like I said would recommend them 100% every time!
