Great experience! Dalton came and addressed our problem. He was courteous, respectful,, kind, and did a great job repairing our freezer! Hes definitely an asset to the company and represents them well! Will use again if needed in the future!

In this time its is so hard to get an appointment anywhere in a timely manner and get whatever you need to get fixed. BUT when I called johnnies for a dryer not heating on a Wednesday. They were here in two days Friday morning figured out the problem ordered part and called on Tuesday had part and where on their way to fix it. The technicians were very polite and treated everything like it was theirs and very careful to not scratch anything and put everything they moved to fix dryer even though I said Id do it. Thank you very much for fixing my dryer and for such a professional experience. Service: Dryer repair

2 May call about broken oven 5 May Johnnies service center comes out and gives possible solution/part I call 9 May about price of part and service Call back 10 May they give me price and I say lets do it but they will call me back for scheduling 11 May I call and they said they need to call back and track down part 12 May I get call and said part wont come in for six weeks and I need to order it. 17 May I order part and I have overnighted 18 May part arrives and I schedule appt for 23 May 23 May they dont come, after I take off work and wait from 1-5they call around 5 and said cant come, will come 25 Maythey arrive and then install the part but stove is still not working. They also show up with the part that they said was not available for six weeksmind you at this point I am not upset and more than willing to work with it as my stove was getting fixed however what they thought the fix was ended up not working. I was supposed to get a call by 31 May with part or part number I could order. I call and they said they dont know because tech did not let office people know. From 1 June to 3 June I get the run around after 9 phone calls each time promising I would get a call back but did not. No part number or price quote or returned phone call. I leave a message on 5 June letting them know I just want to move on and would like the initial $85 diagnosis fee refunded. I get a call today (6 June) from one of the techs listening to my story and he agreed they dropped the ball multiple times and he would have the owner call today. Today is over and no phone call. Terrible communication and follow up. For me it is about expectation management and this company failed miserably. Not that I can find a great choice in the area but wont be using them again and would advise others to do the same. EDIT: Johnnies Service Center did refund the service call fee. Service: Oven repair
