I should have gone to chicfila. What terrible service. They were not busy at all. I was the only car in the drive thru at lunchtime. Now I know why. The young girl taking the orders was incredibly rude and acted as if she was doing me a favor by even waiting on us. Zero manners, minimum communicating and eye rolling to hand us the food. I am guessing she didnt want to be there. I felt so sorry for who ever owns or manages this place bc the help alone- even if the food tasted okay and was correct will keep people from returning. Maybe they should invest in a training program which promotes manners or just some basic communication skills. So thankful chicfila is around the corner. I will not make the mistake of trying Popeyes again. It was pitiful.

It occurred to me. If you were an employee of a fast food restaurant, the best way to steal money would be to sell the same food twice (if not more) and then back the money out of the register. I'm not saying that's what's happening, but read the reviews and note how many are about incomplete orders (missing food). I got to figure y'all are either crooks or blithering idiots. Then there's a headset sitting out on a table still live, I guess, if you want to listen in on orders. A stream of ketchup on the counter right next to a jug of counter cleaner, and that I paid in full for my order but didn't get the $6 fish sandwich I paid for. Update: Today, they called and offered me a sandwich I could come by and pick up. No credit to my card they had no problems charging while they were busy not giving me the food I paid for. Never so much as even close to just an apology. I wouldn't go back to this poorly run lab food shack for any reason, ever again. Den of thieves.

Very rude lady behind counter tonight. Very unprofessional and yeah I let her get a lil under my skin. My order was ready when I walked in but proceeded to drive through and another customer before simply handing my bag. I showed her Id confirmed it but she wanted it up close w a rude tone lemme see I said lady I need my job and Im happy w it unlike u seem to be. She says lady u cant come pick up DoorDash here anymore! Lol boohoo yea I will bc I know ya manager! Same way shed feel if I followed her around my store shopping! I understand Doordashs get stolen but not by dashers with my rank and 6 years on the platform. Yea my dasher name is different. But Ill b back! You will lose your dash business messing w this dasher boo! Be more respectful and humble yourself.
