        I had an unusual problem with my system over the weekend. Mr. JB from Mountain Air showed up first thing Monday morning. He correctly diagnosed the problem (not an easy thing!) and addressed it perfectly. He was friendly, competent and efficient. I won't hesitate to contact Mountain Air next time.

        I have been using Mountain Air Heating and Cooling for over six years now and have always found them to be very honest, prompt, trustworthy, and professional in ALL of our business dealings. In February, I had an issue of cats getting under my house and literally destroying much of my ductwork which prompted a very sharp hike in my heating bill since I was heating under my house. MA sent two competent men out and they got me fixed up promptly! I have been extremely pleased with MA and encourage everyone to give them a call on your next heating or cooling need.

        Probably the best HVAC group in the Columbia area. We've been here 25 years and have had many different companies service our homes. Mountain Air has been our go to for over 8 years and is by far the best - honest, reliable, go above and beyond to take care of our needs and we trust their work ethic. You can't go wrong with these folks.

        We had an unexpected problem with our AC. After numerous referrals, I called Mountain Air Heating and Cooling and left a message first thing this morning (it was early). They called me back 20 minutes later. Their technician, Riley, was at our house before 11:00. He fixed the problem quickly. He was super friendly and tried to tell/show me every step he took with pictures (I heard the Charlie Brown teacher). He was also very tolerant of my 2yo lab grouching at him. We never do regular maintenance, but after this visit and the responsiveness they showed, signed up for that this morning too. I highly recommend them and will use them going forward.
