I had planned to sell my home FSBO. Roman and Kate stopped by to see it, and they offered to list it for a flat fee. I took them up on their offer and definitely got my moneys worth. Roman and Kate are excellent communicators, prompt with their responses, hard workers, knowledgeable, well-connected to real estate attorneys and others , and overall amazing to work with. Roman was especially helpful in guiding me through completing repairs that were needed to my home in order to finalize the sale. He connected me to different contractors so that I didnt have to figure out who to call to set up repair appointments. Every part of the process went smoothly in large part to Roman and Kate. They even insisted on taking me for a celebratory lunch after the sale closed. I would highly recommend Roman and Kate!

Roman and Brokers Real Estate have helped me sell 2 properties and buy 1 in the last few years. Everything they told me to do from pricing to staging ended up being the correct thing to do. I would not think about doing anything in the real estate world without consulting with them first.

Kate Welgartz was terrific ! she is so easy to work with, she listens, makes recommendations and never gives up. After 3 long years of looking Kate finally found a house for us. she made everything so easy. we've worked with other realtors and Kate was definitely the BEST !! We can't thank her enough !!!
