I had a fantastic experience at Staples yesterday! While casually browsing, Sarah, a helpful staff member, informed me that I had $10 in expiring Rewards. Grateful for her timely reminder, I swiftly decided to purchase toner for my laser printer. Sarah's attentiveness not only saved me money but also ensured I got exactly what I needed. Kudos to the excellent customer service at Staples and a big thanks to Sarah for going above and beyond to enhance my shopping experience!

Bluffton staples has 4 deep in all lines at 10am on a tuesday.....seriously....amazon made a huge mistake making staples do.their returns. This place is just sad

Garbage customer service In the print department. I guess he or she didn't like how I looked? When I waited in line like the sign said and it came my turn to be served, He or she asked the person behind me if they needed any help as though I was invisible. I let it slide. When they finished up, instead of helping me, he/she walked away to go do something else. One of the other employees had to come and help me. The woman who helped me was nice, that's why I gave two stars.
