Excellent realtor! He helped us find our home 3 1/2 years ago the day it went on the market and helped us sell it within 15 days when we needed to move out of state! He finds excellent photographers and has phenomenal customer service skills! Best realtor in the Lowcountry and he is constantly communicating too which is a blessing!

Home selling is always stressful but David's easy going demeanor helped ease the stress level substantially. He was always there for us when we had a question or issue arise and we knew from the get-go that we were in good hands. We would highly recommend him.

Some Agents say they care, David Carrick proves it. We chose David because he cares about his clients and those that aren't. I had issues with an agent when I first bought the residence. David took it upon himself to text me pictures of the process and to see if there was anything he could do to help me. Keep in mind he wasn't my agent, didn't work for agent I hired, just was someone who cared and sensed my frustration. I knew right then if I ever sold who my agent was going to be. When we decided to sell I only made one call and that was to David. From start to finish David kept us in the loop on everything, pictures, visits, feedback, offers. He listened when I about lost it on the initial, very, very, very lowball offer. Then let me know it was going to be OK. Eventually it was. If we had questions during the process he answered them no matter what time it was. It made us feel like we mattered. He moved renters boxes in the garage so he could take pictures of the floor for Buyers Agent. Fixed a ceiling fan that wasn't working, put bulbs in light fixture. He went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate his time, patience and help as I live in GA and there was someone living at the residence. I can't say enough about everything he did and how much my wife and I appreciate everything he did. If I buy in SC again David will be my first call.
