Karen Depace at Southern Lifestyle Properties/Group DiNenna is awesome! We spent our first day viewing properties with Karen, and as we viewed each property I express the things I didnt like and the items I would like to see. Karen went back to the office that evening and found the ideal listings to meet the needs that were expressed. The following day, Karen took me out and showed me the ideal property. I have owned that property for eight years and it was the best investment I have made to date. Thank you Karen for an awesome job!

My wife and I were looking to move to Hilton Head a couple of years ago. We lived about 4hrs away and because of how quickly properties were being sold, we were unable to see anything in person. Ann & Dan Ekus, from Southern Lifestyle Properties and Group DiNenna, were able to help us find the perfect condo for us. They went to the condo we were looking at, and did a video walk-through with there phone, while we were watching live, so we could see how the place looked. She went was very through in describing how everything looked and the condition things were in. During the whole process, she was always in communication with us. Gave us updates on where everything stood and answered all of our questions. We were so happy we found them and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience with a realtor. And weve owned 9 homes! Dan handled our new build. We met at the design studio, then he sent pictures once in 7 months of the house build. I had to ask him to go and get pictures of the upstairs and the patio. That was it, wasnt at the closing Wasnt at the walkthrough, wasn't at the closing. Didnt reach out ever again, no thank you or congratulations. Just took the huge commission check and that was that. Its crazy! An hour or two of work at most. Enough commission to buy a new car and not a thank you.nothing. Worst part is we had our neighbors use Dan also. They used the word "useless" to describe him.
