        HUB use to be THE insurance agency. As a financial planner to wealthy clients, I recommended them frequently. Now, however, they are like all the rest. Nobody calls to review my coverage, when I ask questions, nobody knows the answers. Customer service has died here too. I dont know why there is now a lack of concern for their clients . Cost cutting maybe?

        After a car accident, they went above and beyond to help us with the at fault party's insurance company that was moving too slowly.

        If I could give a zero star review I would. I felt we were being treated with the run around.went 3 separate visits and they said they would work on something and never did. Never answered calls or anything. We went with Brian at Premiere insurance, he communicated quickly got back to us started process and found us the best option in less then 3 day's.
