This company cares NOTHING about helping people only denying rights to legitimate people with disabilities. How CIGNA can waste time and money with this company is beyond me. My quality of life is completely hampered by all the denying of A DOCTOR REQUEST TO HELP ME. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. They only care about HOW THEY CAN DENY YOU THE MEDICAL HELP YOU NEED FOR A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE.

A complete scam! I have a torn quadricep and ruptured tendon needing surgery based on an MRI. eviCore has denied it claiming it needs 6 weeks of provider directed treatment. Everything I've read on this injury, is that it need immediate surgery and they want me to wait 6 weeks?

I need an MRI and they are refusing to approve it. I had surgery 10 years ago and have done multiple rounds of physical therapy. I decided finally to get it imaged again to see if theres a tear and evicore will not approve it. It should be illegal what they are doing and Im at a point where Im going to just proceed on without getting imaging done as this has been such a pain.

Every part of this institution from the phone system to those that work here is incompetent. I cannot begin to express my frustration as a physician that has to use this utterly pathetic company. If Evicore can stay in business, then there is hope for every business in the world including those that sell snow cones to Alaska residents in January. Look at the Google rating, it says it all. Can someone please open an alternative to Evicore?
