      image Lady at the drive-through was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend as we tried to place an order through the microphone she would not listen or take any of our simple alterations like no lettuce or tomatoes on the burger. my girlfriend is a very loyal customer and is currently six months pregnant and it was craving some DQ ice cream and burgers and went home. Very disappointed because of the customer service.

      image Just left the empty store! We stood there, while the employees spoke to each other and ignored our party of three. Obviously customer service is not an important part of their training, and Dairy Queens business practice. Will take my business to Ritas!
