I called to have my tank less water heater yearly maintenance, the tech was fine but they didnt tell him why he was at my house so he wasn't prepared. I called two weeks in advance and told them exactly the hot water heater I had and I wanted maintenance there wasn't anything wrong. They told me how much it would cost to have my tank flushed and I got a appointment. Two weeks later the tech comes and hasd no idea what he was suppose to do. They said someone would call and reschedule. What a waste of time, they called twice in advance to be sure I would be home, how about not wasting my time. I could of gotten any plumber, theywere no bargain in price.

Had a plugged toilet and ended up being issues with tree roots in the line. Tyler walked me through everything and we discussed long term solutions. I was very pleased because he clearly knew what he was doing. I have used some local plumbers and have had mixed results and would wonder if they really had the necessary experience or training. Working with Tyler gave me the confidence that things were done right. It wasnt cheap but you get what you pay for. Peace of mind is worth it.
